Mental health challenges are hard; getting help shouldn’t be. Youthdale’s intake service makes it easier for you and your family to access the treatment and support you need.

Calling our Intake Team

Youthdale’s Intake Team is the access point for Youthdale’s inpatient and intensive services including the Acute Support Unit, Step-Up/Step-Down Program, Transitional Age Unit, Live-In Treatment, and Day Treatment.

When you call, will first ask you questions about you and your caregiver’s current situation and needs. This information is reviewed by a team of professionals to help you access the best available treatment options within Youthdale and the broader network of Toronto’s child and youth services.

A member of our Intake Team can also provide more information on any questions you have regarding Youthdale’s different programs and what to expect from those programs.
