Introduction
At Youthdale Treatment Centres, we understand that change takes time. We know transformation takes time, and in a way, is never done because we continue to embrace the evolution of our care, and of the families within our care, guided by a strong vision and strategy.
When someone needs it, we are there, creating hope for children and young people with significant mental health difficulties, helping them achieve transformations toward overall health and well-being. We are always working toward our vision of healthy young people with thriving futures.
In a changing landscape of youth mental health, we are investing in our team culture, development of staff knowledge and skills, and we continue to lead the way in clinical and service excellence, operational excellence, and system excellence.
Our staff were invited to speak about quality improvement at several events and conferences with an educational focus on measurement-based care. Youthdale’s strategic plan continues to guide us in serving the community with professional therapeutic services and collaborative support along the continuum of care. Change requires and empowers us to be flexible, meeting the ever-evolving needs of each young person we treat.
