We are very proud of this recognition of our ongoing work to improve the quality and safety of our programs and services, attaining the highest level of performance, achieving excellence in meeting the requirements of the accreditation program and 100% of 569 applicable standards.

The organization has much to celebrate. It was very well prepared for this survey. Youthdale demonstrates a deep commitment to moving the needle on all Accreditation Canada’s quality dimensions. Well done!
— Accreditation Canada Surveyors

As part of the accreditation cycle, Youthdale has undergone a rigorous evaluation process. External surveyors conducted an on-site survey, during which they assessed the organization's leadership, governance, clinical programs and services against Accreditation Canada requirements for quality and safety.

These requirements include national standards of excellence; required safety practices to reduce potential harm; and questionnaires to assess the work environment, patient safety culture, governance functioning and client experience.

Results from all of these components were considered for the final ranking of: Accredited with Exemplary Standing.

Youthdale now has a clear vision for the future and has reemerged as a leader in the field.
